Welcome to the Surrey Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) branch website.
Our branch is here to help you in three key areas that are important to every marketing professional:
- Knowledge Management - access to both the best of traditional marketing methods and the new electronic techniques that are transforming our profession
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) - providing the key to achieving Chartered Marketer status
- Networking - the chance to compare notes with colleagues, talk to mentors, peers, prospective employers and marketing experts
To support these areas the branch organises a range of CPD, general interest and social events. The branch is run by volunteers and we depend on your input and attendance to enhance marketing within Surrey - anyone who wishes to join the branch, please refer to the committee page.
Other local membership benefits include a series of special seminars on topics such as professional marketing (including digital marketing), general management and personal development.
Members of other branches and professional bodies, as well as local business people are very welcome to use this site and attend our meetings.
